FitOver45 terms

FitOver45 is a general fitness and habit-support service operated by FitOver45 for adults. By using it, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service responsibly.

Fitness and nutrition

Programs are generated from structured rules and, if enabled, AI assistance. They have not been individually reviewed by a human trainer, dietitian, or clinician. Results vary. The service does not diagnose or treat disease, provide rehabilitation, prescribe medical diets, or guarantee outcomes. Follow your existing professional advice and stop an activity that causes pain, dizziness, unusual breathlessness, or concerning symptoms.

Membership and cancellation

Starter access lasts seven days from eligible program setup and requires no card. Paid options are $29 monthly, $79 every three months, or $149 every six months. Each renews at its stated interval until canceled. Prices and any applicable tax are displayed at checkout. Cancel through Manage billing; cancellation takes effect according to the confirmation shown there. Contact support about billing mistakes or refund requests.

Rewards

Rewards are available only when the catalog is open. The initial milestone requires 24 qualifying weeks and 180 elapsed paid days, with one claim per account and active access at claim. A qualifying week completes at least 75% of the scheduled sessions. Missed weeks do not erase earned weeks. Paying ahead does not accelerate elapsed paid time. Do not exercise beyond your ability to earn a reward. Catalog choices, availability, and fulfillment details are shown before claiming.

Your account

Keep your login secure. Do not share accounts, falsify activity for rewards, misuse the service, or attempt to access another member's information. You can export your data and close your account. Cancel billing separately before deletion.

Availability and changes

We work to maintain availability, but third-party services and technical interruptions can affect features. We may update the service and these terms. Material membership changes will be communicated before they affect an existing paid term. Contact support@fitover45.com for assistance.
