Information you provide

We store your account details, exercise preferences, movement screen, optional measurements, workout results, food diary, check-ins, and reminder preferences to operate your program. Optional entries can contain sensitive health information; include only what is useful.

AI personalization

If you opt in, relevant profile information and program context are sent to OpenAI to generate explanations, exercise substitutions, or answers. We omit your account name and email from those requests. Text you write may still contain identifying information, so avoid including it unnecessarily. AI responses may contain errors. Requests use the API with response storage disabled; this does not eliminate any provider security or abuse-monitoring retention. Turning AI off prevents new requests.

Payments, email and analytics

Stripe processes payments and manages billing details. The site receives payment and subscription status but does not store card numbers. The configured email provider processes your email address and message content to deliver account and coaching messages. Cloudflare Web Analytics, when enabled, is limited to public pages in this build; health profiles, food entries, and measurements are not sent as analytics events.

Site activity counters

Our own activity counter measures browser sessions and page views and estimates active sessions from recent visible-page heartbeats. It uses a random identifier in your existing session, without adding a tracking cookie or sending these counts to third parties. It does not store your name, email, IP address, page URLs, or fitness entries. Supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this counter. Session activity is removed on the next scheduled cleanup after its day is more than one day old; daily aggregate counts are kept for up to 90 days before scheduled cleanup. Browser sessions are estimates, not counts of identifiable people.

Owner notifications

Administrators can enable push notifications for operational events such as signups and membership payments. Device subscriptions are stored on our server and encrypted messages pass through the browser provider's push service. Lock-screen previews hide member details by default. Administrators can manage alert categories, optional email copies, and enrolled devices in Admin settings. Fitness entries and health details are not included in these notifications.

Advertising measurement

With your permission, we use the Meta Pixel on our home, membership-pricing, and how-it-works pages, and on a brief confirmation after a new account is created. Meta receives page-view and completed-registration events, browser and device information, IP address, and advertising identifiers to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta may associate this information with your Meta account under its own privacy policy. Our integration does not send your name, email, fitness profile, quiz answers, measurements, workouts, or food diary. The Meta Pixel is not loaded on the registration form, login, health quiz, or member pages.

Advertising cookies are optional. Select No thanks to keep them off, or use Cookie choices to change your choice. We honor supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Your choice is stored on this browser for up to 180 days. Turning tracking off prevents future events from this integration; it cannot withdraw information already received by Meta.

Cookies and device storage

An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Unfinished workout results may be saved temporarily in your browser to recover from a lost connection. They are removed after successful completion or sign-out. Use a personal device and sign out on shared devices.

Your choices

You can change reminders, turn off AI personalization, download your data, delete diary entries, or delete your account from My account. Cancel an active subscription before deleting your account. Financial records needed for accounting are retained separately without your fitness profile. Contact us with access, correction, or deletion questions.

Access and retention

Your information is accessible to you and authorized site administration. We do not sell your fitness profile. Records remain while you use the account unless you delete them. Routine server backups may retain deleted information temporarily until backup rotation. This service is intended for adults.
